Saturday, August 8th, 2026
Glassen Building & Event Grounds

7:00–7:25am — Participant Registration
*Porch at the Glassen Building

7:15am (SHARP) — Coaches Meeting
*Outside the north doors of the Glassen Building

7:30am — Opening Ceremony
*Porch area of the Glassen Building
Bring a chair if you would like.

7:45am — Volunteer Registration & Light Breakfast (Volunteers Only)
*Inside the Glassen Building

Immediately After Opening Ceremony — Mandatory Hunter Responsibility Test
*Dining Hall

8:30am — Archery, Wildlife ID, Safety Trail, Orienteering, and Rifle Events Open
Begin at your assigned event.

9:45am — Shotgun and Muzzleloader Events Open

11:45am–1:00pm — Lunch *Dining Hall
If your team is on an event and will arrive late, please radio the kitchen staff.

As events close and teams finish, all event areas must be cleaned up.
Awards will not begin until cleanup is complete.

5:00pm (Tentative) — Dinner & Awards Ceremony

Logo wear & car decals will be available for purchase at Registration, Lunch, and Awards Ceremony.
